<br />NOTICE OF HEARING <br /> <br />TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN: <br /> <br />NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, that the Village Council for <br />the Village of Roseville will meet at 8:00 p.m. C. S. T. on the 22nd day <br />of April, 1963, in the Council Chambers of the Village Hall of Roseville <br />to consider improving the storm water drainage along Highcrest Road from <br />Thirty-Third (33rd) Avenue Northeast northerly to Thirty-Seventh (37th) <br />Avenue Northeast (County Road "D"), said improvements to consist <br />generally of the following: <br /> <br />Roseville would grant permission to Saint Anthony to <br />construct and install catch basins along Highcrest Road in the Village of <br />Roseville, and to connect those catch basins with catch basin leads to a <br />storm sewer to be constructed by Saint Anthony in Highcre st Road within <br />the Village of Saint Anthony, and Roseville would agree to contribute to <br />the cost of the storm sewers along Highcrest Road, and all catch basins <br />and leads serving the drainage district lying within Roseville the sum of <br />Ten Thousand, Forty-Nine and 16/100 Dollars ($10,049.16). <br /> <br />Said improvements are pursuant to Minnesota Statutes, <br />Sections 429.011 to 429.111. <br /> <br />The estimated cost of the entire improvement to the Village <br />of Roseville is Ten Thousand, Forty-Nine and 16/100 ($10,049.16) Dollars. <br /> <br />The area proposed to be assessed for the cost to be <br />borne by the Village of Roseville is as follows: <br /> <br />A strip of land lying within the Village of Roseville, County <br />of Ramsey and State of Minnesota, described as follows: <br /> <br />A strip of land Seventy-five Feet (75') in width, <br />lying adjacent to and parallel with and southerly of <br />the south line of the right-of-way of County Road <br />"D", commencing at the East right-of-way line of <br />Highcrest Road, and extending easterly Six Hundred <br />Feet (600'); and <br />
