<br />EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF THE <br /> <br />CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ROSEVILLE <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City <br />Council of the city of Roseville, County of Ramsey, Minnesota was duly <br />held on the 23rd day of January, 1995, at 5:30 p.m. <br /> <br />The following members were present: P. <br />Goedeke, and the following were absent: <br /> <br />Johnson, Mastel, <br />V. Johnson. <br /> <br />Wiski, <br /> <br />and <br /> <br />Member Goedeke introduced the following resolution and moved its <br />adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 9149 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION AMENDING RESOLUTION 9146 <br />SETTING A NEW DATE OF SALE FOR GENERAL OBLIGATION <br />IMPROVEMENT BONDS, SERIES 21 <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of <br />Roseville, Minnesota, as follows: <br /> <br />The date of sale of $2,500,000 General obligation Improvement Bonds, <br />Series 21 be changed from March 27, 1995 to April 24, 1995. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly <br />seconded by Member P. Johnson, and upon a vote being taken thereon, <br />the following voted in favor thereof: P. Johnson, Mastel, wiski, and <br />Goedeke, and the following voted against the same: None. <br /> <br />WHEREUPON said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br />
