The Public Works Director was also directed to include in the report the estimated cost of the proposed <br />improvements and as to whether such improvements should best be made as proposed or in connection <br />with some other improvement. The preliminary report and cost estimates have been submitted and <br />considered by the Council and are hereby approved and directed to be placed on file in the office of the <br />City Manager. The improvements proposed to be made in the general manner set forth in the report are <br />designated as Improvements P-95-02, Neighborhoods 15,44,46, 51; ST-95-04, Neighborhood 44, and <br />P-95-08, Neighborhood 15 <br /> <br />3. The Council shall meet at the City Hall, 2660 Civic Center Drive, in said City, on February 13, 1995, at <br />7: 15 p. m. for the purpose of holding a public hearing on the proposed improvements under and pursuant <br />to the provisions of Minnesota Statutes, Chapter 429, and the Manager is hereby authorized and <br />directed to cause notice of the time, place, and purpose of that meeting to be published twice in the <br />official newspaper, Roseville Review, which publications shall be a week apart, and the second <br />publication shall be not less than three days before the date of the hearing. <br /> <br />4. The notice shall be in substantially the following form: <br />(see attachments). <br /> <br />5. The general nature, estimated cost and area proposed to be assessed for Improvements P-95-02, <br />Neighborhoods 15,44,46,51; ST-95-04, Neighborhood 4; and P-95-08, Neighborhood 15 is <br />determined to be as stated in the foregoing notice, as fully as though the same were separately set forth <br />and resolved herein. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilperson P. Johnson and <br />upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: P. Johnson, Mastel, Wi ski, and Goedeke <br />and the following voted against the same: None <br /> <br />whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br />
