<br />NOTICE OF HEARING <br />ON IMPROVEMENT NO. P-95-02, NEIGHBORHOOD 44 <br />CITY OF ROSEVILLE, MINNESOTA <br /> <br />NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT THE Council of the City ofRoseville, Minnesota, will meet at the City <br />Hall, 2660 Civic Center Drive, in said City, on the 13th day of February, 1995, at 7:15 o'clock p.m. to hold a <br />public hearing pursuant to Minnesota Statutes, Chapter 429 as amended on proposed Improvement No. <br />P-95-02, Neighborhood 44 including all that property abutting: <br /> <br />Acorn Road fÌ'om County Road B to T. H. 36 Service Drive <br /> <br />by the installation of bituminous paving, concrete curb and gutter, sanitary sewer service repair, drainage <br />facilities, and necessary appurtenances. The foregoing is substantially in accordance with a preliminary <br />engineering report which is now on file and open to public inspection in the office of the City Manager. <br />The cost of the improvement is presently estimated at $305,297.64.
