RESOLUTION lIT O. ,. .-'} 7/Y; WHEREAS, Ray Kroiss Construction Company, PS Developer, hI's platted Kroiss Homesi tes Plet 2, end therein dedicpted certrin streets known FS Sherren Street ond Grotto Street, and pursuant to certpin provisions of Village Ordinance, hrs underteken to grr'de and stf,bilize or CFuse to be graded and stebiHzed end has duly filed its bond for the completion of construetion of sLid streets within said plat as follows: Grotto street from ('..ounty Fof:id B to Sherren Street and Sherren Street from Grotto to Cul-de-Sac WHEREAS, Ray Kroiss Construction Comp2ny, hes filed and also made known request for approvel and the finrl acceptance of srid streets by the Vil18ge of Foseville, and, WHEREAo, the Village Engineer has examined and inspected seid streets and filed his Certificate indicpting that the construction of sPid streets has been completed in pccordance with I'll the requirements of the Village Ordinf'nce end recommends the 8cceptence of spid streets by the Vill~'ge. NOW THEREFORE BE IT RF.~SOLVED, that Grotto Street from C'..ounty Foad B to Sherren Street Bnd Sherren Street from Grotto to Cul-de-Sac, located in Kroiss Homesi tes Plat 2 be and hereby are rccepted by the Villpge of Fose- ville as Village Streets and th6t Ray Kroiss Construction Comppny, developer, and Agricultural Insurance Company, bonding company, be Bnd ere hereby re- leased from any further liability for the construction End maintenrnce of said streets except for the placing of topsoil end seeding of the er'st boulevr":rd area of Grotto Street end the Cul-de-Sac on Sherren Street and the clerning of said streets; and the $300.00 in cash deposited be accepted to guarantee thpt the ex- ceptions noted will be corrected prior to July 1, 1963.
