<br />EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF <br />ROSEVILLE# MINNESOTA1 HELD APRIL 8, 1963 <br />* * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting <br />of the Village Council of the Village of Roseville, Minnesota, was duly <br />called and held at the Village Hall in Roseville on April 9, 1963, at <br />8: 00 p. m. The following members were pre sent: <br /> <br />Trustees Curley, Goodrich, Schrenker and Kustermann, <br /> <br />and the following members were absent: <br /> <br />Mayor McGee. <br /> <br />Member Kustermann introduced the following resolution <br />and moved its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO.7 44. <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION RECEIVING REPORT AND CALLING HEARING <br />ON IMPROVEMENT. <br /> <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to Resolution No. 686 of the Council <br />adopted January 28, 1963, a report has been prepared by Robert Hansen, <br />Village Engineer for the Village of Roseville, Minnesota, with reference <br />to the improvements of the following described areas in the Village of <br />Roseville, County of Ramsey and State of Minnesota, to-wit: <br /> <br />Commerce Street on a right-of-way four hundred feet <br />to five hundred feet (400' to 5001) south of Trunk Highway <br />No. 36, from Hamline Avenue seventeen hundred feet West <br />(1,700' W.), and Pascal Avenue to run from the proposed <br />Commerce Street south to a street known as Rose Mall <br />Street. <br /> <br />Said improvements are to cons itt generally of the construction of <br />Commerce Street and Pascal Avenue by grading, placing base materialsl <br />paving with a bituminous mixture # and installing storm sewers, all such <br />improvements to be made pursuant to Minnesota Statutes Sections 429. all <br />to 429.111. This report, received by the Council on April 8, 1963, <br />concludes that the proposed improvements are feasible and should be made <br />as proposed, at an estimated total cost of Nine Thousand, Five Hundred <br />Dollars ($9 1500.00). <br />
