EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF ROSEVILLE# MINNESOTA1 HELD APRIL 8, 1963 * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the Village Council of the Village of Roseville, Minnesota, was duly called and held at the Village Hall in Roseville on April 9, 1963, at 8: 00 p. m. The following members were pre sent: Trustees Curley, Goodrich, Schrenker and Kustermann, and the following members were absent: Mayor McGee. Member Kustermann introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO.7 44. A RESOLUTION RECEIVING REPORT AND CALLING HEARING ON IMPROVEMENT. WHEREAS, pursuant to Resolution No. 686 of the Council adopted January 28, 1963, a report has been prepared by Robert Hansen, Village Engineer for the Village of Roseville, Minnesota, with reference to the improvements of the following described areas in the Village of Roseville, County of Ramsey and State of Minnesota, to-wit: Commerce Street on a right-of-way four hundred feet to five hundred feet (400' to 5001) south of Trunk Highway No. 36, from Hamline Avenue seventeen hundred feet West (1,700' W.), and Pascal Avenue to run from the proposed Commerce Street south to a street known as Rose Mall Street. Said improvements are to cons itt generally of the construction of Commerce Street and Pascal Avenue by grading, placing base materialsl paving with a bituminous mixture # and installing storm sewers, all such improvements to be made pursuant to Minnesota Statutes Sections 429. all to 429.111. This report, received by the Council on April 8, 1963, concludes that the proposed improvements are feasible and should be made as proposed, at an estimated total cost of Nine Thousand, Five Hundred Dollars ($9 1500.00).
