<br />1. The Village Council hereby deems that it is necessary <br />and convenient that the property described below be acquired by said <br />Village by condemnation under the power of eminent domain, all of <br />said property being situated in the County of Ramsey and State of <br />Minnesota, and legally described as follows, to-wit: <br /> <br />Tract No.1 (Parcel No.2) <br /> <br />The Southerly Seven Feet (S. 71) of the Northerly <br />Forty Feet (N'ly 40 I) of the following tract: The <br />North One Hundred Seventy-three Feet (N. l731) of <br />the East One Hundred Forty Feet (E. 140') of the <br />West Seven Hundred Feet (W. 700') of the Northwest <br />Quarter (NW 1/4) of Section Fifteen (I5), Township <br />Twenty-Nine (29), Range Twenty-Three (23), Ramsey <br />County, Minnesota, subject to County Road B, over <br />North Thirty-three Feet (N. 33') thereof. <br /> <br />2. That the estate to be acquired in the property described <br />above is fee simple. <br /> <br />3. That the Village Attorney be and he hereby is instructed <br />to institute the necessary proceedings in condemnation under the power <br />of eminent domain in the name and in behalf of the Village of Roseville, <br />Minnesota, to acquire the property hereinabove described under the <br />statutes of the State of Minnesota, and the said attorney is further <br />instructed and directed to take such steps as may be necessary to <br />carry said proceedings to a conclusion. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was <br />duly seconded by Member Curley, and upon a vote being taken, the <br />following voted in favor of the resolution: <br /> <br />All members pre sent; <br /> <br />and the following voted against the same: <br /> <br />None. <br /> <br />WHEREUPON, said Resolution was declared duly passed <br />and adopted. <br /> <br />-2- <br />
