EXTRACT OF rUNUTES OF j,lEETING OF THE VILLAGE C01J1IJCIL OF ROSEVILLE, HINNESOTA, HELD APRIL 22, 1963 * * * * * * * * * * * * * * Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the Village Council of the Village of Roseville, ~linnesota, was duly called and held in the Village Hall in said Village on April 22, 1963 at 8:00 p.m. The following members were present: [<'layor McGee, Trustees Cur ley, Goodrich, Schrenker and Kustennann and the following members were absent: None l"lember Goodrich introduced the following Resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 747 A 1!/IlEREAS, the newspaper known as the Rose Tribune has been designated as the legal newspaper of the Village of Roseville; and WHEREAS, said Rose Tribune has now been acquired by the Ramsey County Suburban Life, :.Jorth Edition, a continuation of tlle Suburban Press of Golden Valley and the Rose Tribune; and IVH12REAS, said Ramsey County Suburban Life, North Edition, is a continuation of the Rose Tribune, NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE OF ROSEVILLE, .'HNNESOTA, AS FOLLO\'JS: The Ramsey County Suburban Life, North Edition, a continuation of the Suburban Press of Golden Valley and the Rose Tribune, is hereby designated as the legal newspaper for the Village of Roscville, J{amsey County, i!innesota. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by :!ember Curley, and upon a vote being taken thereon, the following members voted in favor of the resolution: All Present and the following voted against the same: j~one
