<br />EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF <br />ROSEVILLE, MINNESOTA, HELD MAY 20, 1963 <br />* * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the <br />Village Council of the Village of Roseville, Minnesota, was duly called <br />and held at the Village Hall in said Village on May 20, 1963 at 8:00 p.m. <br />The following members were present: <br /> <br />Mayor McGee, and <br />Trustees Curley, Goodrich, Schrenker and Kustermann, <br /> <br />and the following members were absent: <br /> <br />None. <br /> <br />Member Goodrich introduced the following re solution and moved <br />its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 766 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to a resolution passed by the Council on <br />March 25, 1963, the Village Engineer, Mr. Robert Hanson, has prepared <br />plans and specifications for the improvement of Long Lake Road between <br />County Road C and County Road B-2; County Road B-2 between Long Lake <br />Road and Walnut Street; and St. Croix Street between right of way of <br />Trunk Highway 36 and the proposed County Road B-2, and has presented <br />such plans and specifications to the Council for approval, <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF <br />THE VILLAGE OF ROSEVILLE, MINNESOTA, AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />1. Such plans and specifications, a copy of which are attached <br />hereto and made a part hereof, are entitled Street Improvement Pr ject <br />No. 63-16 and filed in the office of the Village Engineer for the illage <br />of Ro seville. <br /> <br />2. The Village Clerk shall prepare and cause to be inse ed in <br />the official paper, the Suburban Life, and in Construction Bulletin, an <br />advertisement for bids upon the making of such improvement under such <br />approved plans and specifications.
