<br />said improvements to consist of the construction of a seven-ton capacity <br />road on all of the above right-of-ways, and the construction of necessary <br />storm drainage systems on said right-of-ways, and the construction of <br />curbs and gutters; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, bids were received, opened and tabulated <br />according to law, and the following bids were received complying with <br />the adverti sement: <br /> <br />and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, it appears that T. A. Schifsky & Sons, Inc., <br />is the lowest responsible bidder, <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL <br />OF THE VILLAGE OF ROSEVILLE, MINNESOTA AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />1. The Mayor and Clerk are hereby authorized and <br />directed to enter into the attached contract with T. A. Schifsky & Sons, Inc., <br />for the above improvement, all according to the plans and specifications <br />therefor approved by the Village Council and on file in the office of the <br />Village Clerk. <br /> <br />2. The Village Clerk is hereby authorized and directed <br />to return forthwith to all bidders the deposits made with their bids, except <br />that the deposits of the successful bidder and the next lowest bidder shall <br />be retained until a contract has been signed. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was <br />duly seconded by Member Goodrich, and upon a vote being held, all members <br />present voted in favor thereof, and no one voted against the same. <br /> <br />WHEREUPON, said Resolution was declared duly passed and <br /> <br />adopted. <br /> <br />-2- <br />
