<br />area assessable with respect to the improvement will be in a principal amount not <br />less than $2,OOO,GqOpayable in installments with interest as described in those <br />resolutions. For the purpose of providing, with the estimated collections of said <br />special assessments, and capitalized interest, annual sums appropriated to the Water <br />Improvement Bond Sinking Fund not less than 5~ in excess of the amounts required to <br />meet each year when due the principal and interest payments on all bonds now and <br />heretofore issued for this improvement, an ad valorem tax is hereby levied upon alL <br />of the taxable property within the corporate limits of the Village, to be spread <br />upon the tax rolls of each of the years 1963 to 1982, inclusive, in the following <br />respective amounts: <br /> <br />Year Amount Year Amount <br /> -- <br />1963 .120,000 1973 $110.000 <br />1964 110,000 1974 110,000 <br />1965 110,000 1975 110,000 <br />1966 110,010 1976 110,000 <br />1967 110,000 1977 110,000 <br />1968 110.000 1978 110,000 <br />1969 110,000 1979 110,000 <br />1970 110,000 1980 110,000 <br />1971 110.000 1981 110,000 <br />1972 110,000 1982 110,000 <br /> <br />The foregoing tax levies are in substitution for and not in addition to those con- <br />tained in paragraph 5 of the resolution adopted February 25, 1963, entitled "RESO- <br />LUTION AWARDING SALE OF $1,250,000 WATER IMPROVEMENT BONDS, SERIES 2, AND ESTABLISH- <br />ING THE FORM AND TERMS AND DIRECTING THE EXECUTION AND DELIVERY THEREOF AND LEVYING <br />TAXES THEREFOR". The proceeds of said tax levy are hereby appropriated to the Water <br />Improvement Bond Sinking Fund, together with the special assessments collected afLer <br />the improvement is ccmpleted and the cost thereof paid. The full faith and credit <br />of the Village is pledged for the prompt and full pa.yment of the principal of and <br />interest on the bonds, including any additional bonds issued to complete payment of <br />the cost of Water Improvement No. 62-1, and the Village covenants and agrees with <br />the holders thereof that it will do all acts and things required for the levy and <br />collection of said special assessments, and of any taxes required by law, by reason <br />of the issuance of such additional bonds, all as more fully set forth in said reso- <br />lutions dated November 7, 1962. <br /> <br />6. The Village Clerk is hereby authorized and dire~ted to file a certi- <br />fied copy of this resolution with the County Auditor of Ramsey County, together with <br />such other information as he shall require, and to obtain from said County Auditor a <br />certificate that said bonds have been entered on his bond register. <br /> <br />7. The officers of the Village and the County Auditor of Ramsey County <br />are hereby authorized and directed to prepare and furnish to the purchaser of the <br />bonds and to the attorneys approving the legality of t.he issuance thereof certified <br />copies of all proceed1D.ll:s and records relating to said bonds tUld to the financial <br />affairs of the Village, '1od such other affidavits, certifieates and information an <br /> <br />..8- <br />
