Form 2523 (4-62) RESOLUTION~?7f' At a (regular) (special) meeting of the Village council of the Village of~seville duly held on the ,:r"..tt' day of '\At..'..,/, 19.-21-, the follow- l/ ing Resolution was offered by /)?)t/I"-'i.-t./>f../ e...{.,(.'ute".( 11 seeonded by .....VI~ " //I~i?/r"'4.(. >f..} .~- . ~ If '.4..(.<v1..~ 1/~~ "'~'3''-'''.-J to-wit: WHEREAS the Commissioner of Highways has prepared plans, special provisions and specifications for the improvement of a part of Trunk Highway Number 125 renumbered as Trunk Highway Number Sl within the corporate limits of theVillage of Hoseville from thR 967 feet north of Roselawn ~venue to 1351 feet north of County Road "B" and WHEREAS said plans are on file in the office of the Department of Highways, Saint Paul, Minnesota, being marked, labeled, and identified as S.P. 6216-46 (T.E. 51=12'5) and WHEREAS said special provi.sions are on file in the office of the Department of Highways, Saint Paul, Minnesota, being marked, labeled, and identified as S.P. 6216-46 (T.E. 51=125) State funds which, together with the Minnesota Department of Highways Specifications for Highway Construction, dated May 1, 1959, on file in the office of the Commissioner of Highways, constitute the specifications for said improve- ment of Trunk Highway Number._ 125 renumbered as Trunk Highway Number 51 ; and WHEREAS copies of said plans and special provisions as so marked, labeled and identified are also on file in the office of the Village Clerk; and WHEREAS the term "said plans and special provisions" as herein- after used in the body of this resolution shall be deemed and intended to mean, refer to, and incorporate the plans and special provisions in the foregoing recitals particularly identified and described.
