The bonds shall be prepared under the direction of the Village Clerk <br />and shall be executed on behalf of the Village by the signature of the Mayor, coun- <br />terSigned by the Village Clerk, and a facsimile of the corporate seal of the Village <br />shall be printed thereon, and the appurtenant interest coupons shall be executed and <br />authentica.ted by the printed, engraved or lithographed facsimile signatures of the <br />Mayor and Clerk. When the bonds have been so executed and authenticated, they shall <br />be delivered by the Treasurer to the purchaser thereof, upon payment of the purchase <br />price heretofore agreed upon and the purchaser shall not be obliged to see to the <br />application thereof; but $90;000 of the proceeds shall be credited to the fund of <br />Water Improvement No. 62-1 and $480,000 to the fund of 'Water Improvement No. 63-3, <br />and the proceeds shall be applied solely to the payment of costs incurred and to b~ <br />incurred in the constructions of these respective improvements. <br /> <br />4. Pursuant to resolutions dated November 7, 1962, February 25; 1963, and <br />May 27, 1963, the Village has issued its Water Improvement Bonds, Series 1, 2 and 3 <br />in the aggregate amount of $3...500,000, to finance Water Improvement No. 62-l; for <br />'which $90,000 of the proceeds of the present series are also a.ppropriated, and has <br />provided for the levy of special assessments and taxes equal to l05% of the amounts <br />required to pay principal and interest on the bonds of Series 1 to 3, and has appro- <br />priated the same to the Water Improvement Redemption Fund.
