The City Public <br />Works Director is designated as the Engineer for the project and is directed to prepare and submit <br />to the Council the final plans and specifications for the improvement. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember P. <br />Johnson and upon roll call vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Wiski, <br />P.
