'i'-'-\lQ.'~. ~ <br />and the following we e absent: <br /> <br />C~~'-(~ <br /> <br />introduced the following resolution and moved its <br /> <br />adoption: <br /> <br />Resolution No.~ <br /> <br />RESOLUTION RELATING TO APPORTIONi'.1ENT or ASSESS~1ENTS <br />RELATING TO SANITARY SEWER IMPROVEI,1ENT NO. 2 <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED by the Village Council of the Village of Roseville, ~1innesota, <br /> <br />as follows: <br /> <br />IVIIEREAS, the assessment roll for Sanitary Sewer Improvement No. L as finally <br />amended and adopted on November 9, 1959 , was certified to the Count)' Auditor of <br />Ramsey County and <br /> <br />\~IEREAS, a hearing on supplemental assessments, reassessments, and apportionment <br /> <br />of previous assessments in respect to Sanitary Sewer Improvement No. 2 was held on <br />- <br /> <br />December 6, 1960 <br /> <br />at whicll time assessments for Sanitary Sewer Improvement No. 2 <br />- <br /> <br />were amended as provided by said resolution of said date and certified in the office <br /> <br />of the County Auditor of Ramsey County on <br /> <br />and <br /> <br />December 29, J.960 <br />
