<br />EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING <br />OF CITY COUNCIL <br />CITY OF ROSEVILLE <br />RAMSEY COUNTY, MINNESOTA <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of <br />Roseville, Minnesota, was held in the City Hall in said City on Monday, February 13, 1995, at <br />5:00 o'clock p.m. <br /> <br />The following members were present: Wi ski, P. Johnson, Mastel, and Goedeke and the following <br />were absent: V. Johnson. <br /> <br />Councilmember Wiski introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 9158 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION ORDERING THE CONSTRUCTION OF <br />IMPROVEMENTS P-95-02 AND ST -95-04, NEIGHBORHOOD 44 <br />AND PREP ARA nON OF PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS <br /> <br />WHEREAS, a resolution of the City Council of the City ofRoseville adopted January 23, 1995, <br />fixed a date for a public hearing on Projects P-95-02 and ST-95-04, Neighborhood 44~ and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, ten days mailed notice and two weeks published notice was given; <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City ofRoseville, Minnesota, that <br />in accordance with the provisions of Minnesota Statutes, Chapter 429, as amended, the Council <br />held a public hearing on February 13, 1995, to consider the proposed construction of the <br />following projects: <br /> <br />P-95-02, Neighborhood 44, consisting of the installation of bituminous paving, concrete curb <br />and gutter, sanitary sewer service repair, drainage faciJities, and necessary appurtenances on <br />all that property abutting Acorn Road, County Road B to T. H. 36 Service Drive~ and <br /> <br />ST -95-04, Neighborhood 44, consisting of storm sewer construction in the Acorn Road, <br />County Road B to T. H. 36 Service Drive area . <br /> <br />as described in the Notice of Hearing at a cost presently estimated at $305,297.64 for Project <br />P-95-02, Neighborhood 44, and $101,532.39 for Project ST-94-04, Neighborhood 44, and <br />substantially in accordance with the preliminary report as to the feasibility thereof which is now on <br />file in the office of the City Manager, at which all persons desiring to be 'heard were given an <br />opportunity to be heard thereon, and having considered the views of all interested persons, the <br />Council does hereby determine and order that said improvement shall be constructed and financed <br />and that all streets be constructed as recommended in the feasibility report with the following <br />exceptions: <br />
