(9(./(1 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Midland Construction Co., as developer bas platted <br /> <br />!<'AIRVIE'W HJ.i.:IGHTS PUT 3 and therein dedicated certain streets known as <br /> <br />J\ldine Street, Cbunty Road C-2, Maple Lane and Wheeler Street, and <br /> <br />pursuant to certain provisions of Village Ordiance, bas undertaken to <br /> <br />grade and stabilize or cause to be graded and stabilized and has duly <br /> <br />filed its bonds for the completion of construction of said streets within <br /> <br />said plat as follows: <br /> <br />ALDINE STREET from Millwood Street to County Road C-2 <br /> <br />COUNTY ROAD C-2 from J\ldine Street to Maple Lane <br /> <br />MAPLE LANE from County Road C-2 to Fairview Ave <br /> <br />WHEELER STREET from ~lillyrood Street to Maple Lane <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Midland Construction Company has filed and also made its <br /> <br />request for approval and the final acceptance of said streets by the <br /> <br />Village of Ibsevillc, and, <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Village Engineer has examined and inspected said <br /> <br />streets, and filed bis certificate indicating that the construction of <br /> <br />said streets has been completed in accordance wi tb all the requirements <br /> <br />of' the Village Ordinance and recommends the acceptance of said streets <br /> <br />by the Village. <br /> <br />NOVI THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the following streets - <br /> <br />Aldine Street from Mill'vood Street to Cbunty PDad C-Z, County Road (;-2 <br /> <br />from Aldine Street to Haple Lane, Maple Lane from County Ibad C-2 to <br /> <br />Fairview Avenue, Wheeler street from Millwood street to Maple Lane - <br />located in FAIRVIEW HEIGHTS PLAT 3, be and are hereby accepted by the <br />
