<br />Extract of Minutes of Meeting of the <br />Village Council <br />Village oi' Roseville <br />County 01' Ramsey <br />state of lvlinnesota <br /> <br />Pursuant to dUe call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the Village <br /> <br />Council of the Village of Roseville, Ramsey County, Minnesota, was duly held <br /> <br />in the Village Hall at 2701 North Lexington Avenue, St. Paul, Minnesota, on <br /> <br />Ivbnday, the 5th day of August, 1963, at 8:00 o'clock P.M. <br /> <br />'r.he following members were present: <br /> <br />Mayor McGee, Trustees Curley, Goodrich, <br />and Kustermann <br /> <br />and tile following were absent: <br /> <br />Trustee Schrenker <br /> <br />introduced the following resolution and moved its <br /> <br />adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 810 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION CORRECTING APPORTIONMENT OF ASSESSMENTS <br />RELATING TO SANITARY SEWER IMPROVU1ENT NO. 2 <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED by the Village Council of the Village of Roseville, <br /> <br />~linnesota, as follows: <br /> <br />WlIE:REAS, Hesolution 800 has been fully passed and adopted pertaining <br /> <br />to certain sanitary sewer assessments, and, <br /> <br />WHEREAS, this resolution contains some clerical errors, <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, the apportionment for Hesolution 800 be corrected <br /> <br />as follows: <br /> <br />lot 2, Block 7 <br />lot 5, Block 7 <br /> <br />to <br />to <br /> <br />$631.25 <br />$468.25 <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded <br /> <br />by Goodrich , and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in <br /> <br />favor thereof: ALL <br />
