<br />Extract of MLnutes of Meeting of' the <br />Village Council <br />Village of Ibseville <br />County of Ramsey <br />State of MLnnesota <br /> <br />Pursuant to dUG call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the Village <br /> <br />Council of the Village of Roseville, Ramsey County, Minnesota, was duly held <br /> <br />in the Village Hall at 2701 North Lexington Avenue, st. Paul, 1vlinnesota, on <br /> <br />11onday, the 5th day of August, 1963, at 8:00 o'clock P.M. <br /> <br />The following members were present: Mayor HCGee, Trustees Curley, Goodrich, <br />and Kustermann <br /> <br />and the following were absent: <br /> <br />Trustee Schrenker <br /> <br />Kustermann <br /> <br />introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 811 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION CORRECTION APPORTIONMEIiT OF ASSESSMENTS <br />RELATING TO SAlUTARY SEWER IMPROVEMENT NO. ~ <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED by the Village Council of the Village of Roseville, <br /> <br />Minnesota, as follows: <br /> <br />WI~, Resolution 801 has been fully passed and adopted pertaining to <br /> <br />certain sanitary sewer assessments, and, <br /> <br />WHEREAS, this resolution contains some clerical errors, <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, the original assessment for Resolution 801 be corrected <br /> <br />as follows: <br /> <br />From ip2, 112. 50 <br /> <br />to <br /> <br />$2,212.50 <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded <br /> <br />by Goodrich, and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in <br /> <br />favor thereof: ALL <br />
