<br />EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING <br />OF CITY COUNCIL <br />CITY OF ROSEVILLE <br />RAMSEY COUNTY, MINNESOTA <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, the City Council of the City ofRoseville met in regular <br />session at the City Hall on Monday, the twenty-seventh day of February, 1995, at 5:30 o'clock <br />p.m. <br /> <br />The following members were present: Goedeke, Wi ski, P. Johnson, Mastel, and V. Johnson and <br />the following were absent: None. <br /> <br />Councilperson Goedeke introduced and moved the adoption of the following resolution: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 9159 <br /> <br />APPROVAL OF MnDOT LIMITED USE PERMIT <br />COUNTY ROAD C PATHWAY, CITY PROJECT SW-93-12 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City ofRoseville is proceeding with the preparation of plans and specification for <br />the construction of a pathway on County Road C~ and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the pathway is proposed to be constructed on MnDOT right-of-way at its crossing <br />at Snelling Avenue and Rice Street; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, MnDOT requires Limited Use Permits for all new facilities to be located within its <br />rights-of-way. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City ofRoseville that the City of <br />Roseville approves MnDOT's Limited Use Permits for the construction of the County Road C <br />pathway. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilperson <br />Wiski upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Goedeke, Wiski, P. <br />Johnson, Mastel, and V. Johnson and the following voted against the same: None <br /> <br />whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br />
