".L~") <br /> <br />x1ESOLU~'IOl'l RRLATING TO WATER IMPROVEMENT <br />NO. 63-3., DECLARING COB'l' TO BE ASSESSED <br />AND ORDERING PREPARATION OF PROPOSED <br />ASSESSMENT <br /> <br />WHEREAS, contracts have been let for Water Improvement No. <br />63-3 of the Village of Rosevilla, in the area described in the <br />legal notice thereof and the resolution thereto, and the contract <br />price for such improvement is $ 345,000.00 and the other <br />expenses incurred or to be incurred in the making of said <br />improvement amount to $ 62,013.00 so that the total cost <br />of the improvement will be $ 407,013 .00 : and of this cost <br />the village will pay $ 113,636.10 as its share of the cost, <br /> <br />NOW THEHEFORE be it resolved by the Village Council of the <br />Village of Roseville, Minnesota, as follows: <br /> <br />1. The cost of such improvement to be specially assessed <br />is hereby declared "CO be $ 313,376.90 . <br /> <br />2.
