Schrenker and Kustennann <br />and the following were absent: Ncne <br /> <br />~1ayor ~\:r,ee, Trustees ilir ley, <br /> <br />Member <br /> <br />C<<>drlch <br /> <br />introduced the following resolu- <br /> <br />tion and moved its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLlITIa~ NO. 821 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION .t:mLATING TO COMMERCE STREET <br />STREET IMPROVEMENT , DECLARING COST TO BE <br />ASSESSED AND ORDERING PREPARATION OF <br />PROPOSED ASSESSMENT <br /> <br />WHEREAS, contracts have been let for Commerce Street Street <br />Improvement of the village of Roseville, in the area described <br />in the legal notice thereof and 'the resolution thereto, and the <br />contract price for such improvement is $ 16,587.79 and th e <br />other expenses incurred or to be incurred in the making of said <br />improvement amount to $ 987.40 so that the total cost <br />of the improvement will be $ 17,575.19 : and of this cost <br />the village will pay $ ~590.70 as its share of the cost, <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE be it resolved by the Village Council of the <br />village of Roseville, Minnesota, as follows: <br /> <br />1. The cost of such improvement to be specially assessed <br />is hereby declared to be $ TD,,1J'3'4.. '49 . <br /> <br />2.
