<br />NOTICE OF HEARING ON ASSESSMENTS <br />FOR COMMERCE STREET STREET IMPROVEMENT <br /> <br />VILLAGE OF ROSEVILLE <br />RAMSEY COUNTY, MINNESOTA <br /> <br />NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Council of the Village of Roseville, Minnesota <br />will meet in the Auditorium of the Fairview Junior High School in said Village on <br />Tuesday, October 8, 1963 at 8:00 o'clock P.M. to hear, consider and pass upon any and <br />all written or oral objections which may be offered with respect to the proposed <br />special assessments for Commerce Street Street Improvement. The proposed assessment <br />roll is now on file and open to public inspection by all persons interested, in the <br />office of the Village Clerk. The entire amount assessed against each parcel of land <br />will be payable, unless prepaid, in two (2) equal consecutive annual installments, <br />the first of such installments to be payable with general taxes for the year 1963, <br />collectible with such taxes during the year 1964. The first installment will be <br />payable with interest at the rate of five percent (5%) per annum on the entire assess~ <br />ment from the date of the resolution levying the same to December 31, 1964, and each <br />subsequent installment will be payable with one year's interest at said rate on all <br />unpaid installments, except that no interest will be charged if the entire assessment <br />as to any parcel is paid at the office of the Treasurer within thirty (30) days from <br />the date of adoption of the assessment roll. <br /> <br />The general nature of Commerce Street Street Improvement is the construction of <br />a seven-ton capacity road on all of the right-of-way mentioned below. The construction <br />of necessary storm drainage systems on said right-of-way, and the construction of curbs <br />and gutters. <br /> <br />The area proposed to be assessed in respect to said improvement includes those <br />lots and tracts of land in the Village of Roseville within the following description: <br /> <br />The South Ten Feet (5. 10') of Tracts A & B, Registered Land Survey <br />No. 86, and <br /> <br />The North Fifty Feet (N. SO') of Lot One (1), Block Three (3), <br />Zimmerman Office Park, according to the plat thereof on file and of record <br />in the office of the Register of Deeds, Ramsey County, Minnesota, and <br /> <br />Pascal Street from the South line of the right-of-way of Rose Mall Street <br />Northerly to a line Ten Feet North (IO'N.) of and parallel to the Southerly <br />line of Tract A, Registered Land Survey No. 86 extended Easterly. <br /> <br />Dated: September 9, 1963. <br /> <br />BY ORDER OF THE VILLAGE COUNCIL <br /> <br />Richard W.
