<br />.t1.esolution ~To. ~ <br /> <br />Adopted March 21, 1956 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Hargaret Heiler, present owner of Lor Four, Diec1rich's Homesites, <br />Ramsey County, rV1innesota, has petitioned the Council for permission <br />to divide said Lot Four into two separate parcels for sale for the <br />purpose of constructing dwellings thereon; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, it appears tha t the division of said Lot Four into two parcels <br />with frontage on Rosel~n Avenue of sixty-five feet and ninety-five <br />feet respectively, and the construction of dweliincs thereon would be <br />in violation of Section 5-20, Ordinance No. 190 of Village of Roseville: <br /> <br />WHEREAS, it appears to the Council that t.he prosposed division of said <br />Lot Four would not affect the health, safety or ~eneral welfare of the <br />\Tillage: <br /> <br />NOW, T'fEf?EFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: <br />(1) That M,:Jrgaret Biesler, her heirs or assigns Rre granted permission <br />to construct dwellis upon the following two parcels of real <br />estate situated in the County of Ramsey and State of Minnesota, <br />described as follows, to wit: <br /> <br />(a) The It!est.erly sixty-five feet of Lot Four, Diedrich 's Homesi tes; <br />(b) All of Lot Four, Die"rich 's Homesi tes, except the 'vies terly <br />sixty-five feet thereof. <br /> <br />(2) That the Roseville Building Inspector is a:lit.horized and directed <br />to issue building pemits for the construction of dwellinF's upon the <br />above two parcels provided, however, tLat building permit applications <br />hereafter submitted shall COl'iply with all the provisions of Ordinance <br />No. 190, Village of Roseville, except the first sentence of Section 5-20 <br />of said Ordinance 190. <br /> <br />Mayor <br /> <br />Attest: <br /> <br />Clerk <br />
