<br />Punuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting
<br />of the Village Council of the Village of Roseville, Minnesd: a, was duly
<br />called and held at the Village Hall in said Village on the 30th day of
<br />September, 1963, at 8:00 p.m. The following members were present:

<br />A RESOLUTION ORDERING PREPARATION OF REPORT ON
<br />
<br />IMPROVEMENT.
<br />
<br />WHEREAS, it is proposed to improve that area of the
<br />Village of Roseville, County of Ramsey and State of Ramsey, the legal
<br />description of which area is contained in Exhibit "A" attached hereto and
<br />hereby made a part hereof, by installing a municipal water system in said
<br />area, and to assess the benefited property for all or a portion of the cost
<br />of the improvement, pursuant to M.S.A. ~429.011 to ~429.111,
<br />
<br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL
<br />OF THE VILLAGE OF ROSEVILLE, MINNESOTA, AS FOLLOWS:
<br />
<br />That the proposed improvement be referred to Robert Hanson,
<br />Roseville Village Engineer, for study, and that he .is instructed to report to
<br />the Council with all convenient speed, advising the Council in a preliminary
<br />way as to whether the proposed improvement is feasible, and as to whether
<br />it should best be made as proposed or in connection with some other
<br />improvement, and the estimated cost of the improvement as recommended.
