<br />RESOLUTION NO. 11 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, there has been filed with the Village Council of Roseville, <br /> <br />Minnesota, a petition signed by at least 15% of the village electors voting <br /> <br />at the last village elCtion, requesting that the question of the adoption <br /> <br />of Optional Plan B form of government, as same is defined by law, be submitted <br /> <br />to the village voters at a General or Special Election; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, further there has been filed with the Village Council a <br /> <br />petition Signed by at least 50 resident voters of the village, requesting <br /> <br />that the question of the adoption of Optional Plan B form of government, as <br /> <br />same is defined by law, be submitted to the village voters at a Special Election. <br /> <br />THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF ROSEVILLE RESOLVES: <br /> <br />(I) The following proposition shall be submitted by ballot to <br /> <br />the voters of the Village of Roseville at a special election to be held at <br /> <br />the regular polling places in the Village on the ",0\ day of J\~\I <br />I , <br /> ~_.. 0 <br /> l~ ~ ( <br />1956, from o'clock'.
