EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF CITY COUNCIL CITY OF ROSEVILLE RAMSEY COUNTY, MINNESOTA Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Roseville, Minnesota, was duly held in the City Hall on Monday, the sixth day of March, 1995, at 7:15 o'clock p.m. The following members were present: Mastel, P. Johnson, and Goedeke and the following were absent: Wiski and V. Johnson. Councilmember P. Johnson introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 9162 RESOLUTION APPROVING PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS AND ORDERING ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS FOR 1995 CONTRACTS A and B WHEREAS, pursuant to resolution passed by the City Council the City Public Works Director has prepared plans and specifications for the following Improvements and has presented such plans and specifications to the Council for approval: 1995 Contract A P-95-02, Neighborhoods 15 and 44, street reconstruction P-94-08, Neighborhoods 15, (MSA) street reconstruction ST -95-04, Neighborhood 44, storm sewer 1994 Contract B P-95-02, Neighborhoods 46 and 51, street reconstruction THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City ofRoseville, Minnesota: 1. Such plans and specifications, copies of which are attached hereto, and made a part hereof, are hereby approved. 2. The City Manager shall prepare and cause to be inserted in the Roseville Review, the official newspaper, and in the Construction Bulletin, an advertisement for bids upon the making of such approved plans and specifications. The advertisement for bids for 1995 Contracts A and B shall be published as required by law, shall specify the work to be done, shall call the bids on the basis of cash payment for such work, shall state that the bids will be received by the City Manager and Public Works Director as follows: Contract A Contract B April 20, 1995, at 10:00 a.m. April 19, 1995, at 10:00 a.m.
