<br />~~ -5 () / c.. i> " ;,/ /10, y ~'?y J;Y yV <br /> <br />Extract of rv:inutes of lVleeting of <br />Village Council <br />Village of Roseville <br />Ramsey County, Minnesota <br />Held October 14, 1963 <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the <br /> <br />Village Council of the village of Roseville, Minnesota, was held at <br /> <br />the Council Chambers in the Village Hall in said village on the 14th <br /> <br />day of October, 1963, at 8:00 o'clock P.M. <br /> <br />The following members were present: Mayor McGee, Councilmen <br /> <br />Curley, Goodrich, Kustermann and Schrenker. <br /> <br />and the following were absent: None <br /> <br />The Mayor called the meeting to order and announced that the <br /> <br />meeting was open for consideration of 'the proposed assessment for <br /> <br />Wa.r Improvement No. 62-1, which meeting was con'cinued from October 4, <br /> <br />1963. All persons present were then given an opportunity to present <br /> <br />oral objections, and all such objections were tabulated as follows: <br /> <br />~ <br /> <br />Property <br /> <br />Nature of Obiection <br /> <br />MR. MAX SCHEH.WINl<A, 2250 St. Croix: Has a deep lot and is being <br /> <br />assessed on two st.reets. Objected to the assessment at the rear of <br />his property. He said they would never split their lot because the <br />garage and driveway are at the baclt. ' <br /> <br />MR. JOHN SCHWARTZ, 261 N. McCarrons Blvd.: Said he was assessed <br />344 feet but he doesn't own that much. Be also asked if he shouldn't <br />get a 30 foot consideration on William Street for the time he dedicates <br />tha t . <br />
