<br />~;.s-c.)/~ -~Q/V/ 4~. ~~/7 <br /> <br />Extract of r,1inutes of Meeting of <br />Village Council <br />Village of ..losevi11e <br />Ramsey County, Minnesota <br />Held October 14, 1963 <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the <br /> <br />Village Council of the Village of Rosevi1le, Minnesota, was held at <br /> <br />the Council Chambers in the Village Hall in said Village on the 14th <br /> <br />day of October, 1963, at 8:00 o'c1ock P.M. <br /> <br />The following members were present: Mayor McGee, Councilmen <br /> <br />Curley, Goodrich, Kustermann and Schrenker. <br /> <br />and the following were absent: None <br /> <br />The Mayor called ~he meeting to order and announced that the <br /> <br />meeting was open for consideration of the proposed assessment for <br /> <br />Rosedale Drive Sanitary Sewer and Stree'i:. Improvement, which meeting <br /> <br />was a continuation of the hearing of October 10, 1963. All persons <br /> <br />present were then given an opportunity to present oral objections, <br /> <br />and all such objections were tabulated as follows: <br /> <br />~ <br /> <br />Property <br /> <br />Nature of Objection <br /> <br />MR. IAWRENCE J. HADAMMEK, 1927 ,~oseda1e Drive: He feels that <br />when the storm sewer work was done by the county it was not done <br />proper~y and objected to paying assessments now to replace the original <br />work. <br /> <br />There being no one else wishing to be heard, Councilman Schrenker <br />~hen introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br />
