<br />EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING <br />OF CITY COUNCIL <br />CITY OF ROSEVILLE <br />RAMSEY COUNTY, MINNESOTA <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of <br />Roseville, Minnesota, was duly held at the City Hall in said City on Monday, the twenty-seventh <br />day of March, 1995, at 5:30 p.m. <br /> <br />The following members were present: Wiski, Goedeke, and V. Johnson <br /> <br />And !he following were absent: P. Johnson and Mastel. <br /> <br />Councilperson Wiski introduced and moved the adoption of the following resolution: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 9163 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION PROømITING PARKING ON THE SOUTH SIDE OF <br />COUNTY ROAD C-2 FROM HAMLINE A VENUE TO GRIGGS STREET <br /> <br />WHEREAS, County Road C-2 fÌ"om Hamline Avenue to Griggs Street is a Municipal State Aid <br />Street (M.S. A. No. S.A.P. 160-216-12)~ and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, such roadways must conform to established standards, including the prohibition of <br />parking on one side for thirty-two foot wide designs that is striped for one driving lane in each <br />direction. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that parking is hereby prohibited on the south side of <br />County Road C-2 £Tom Hamline Avenue to Griggs Street (M.S.A. No. S.A.P. 160-216-12), <br />identified as Roseville Project No. P-95-02, Neighborhood 15, be adopted. <br /> <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the Public Works Director is hereby authorized and directed <br />to forward two certified copies of this resolution to the Minnesota Department of Transportation. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilperson <br />Goedeke and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Wiski, <br />Goedeke, and V. Johnson <br /> <br />and the following voted against the same: None. <br /> <br />Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br />
