M. <br /> <br />The following members were presentg <br /> <br />layor rlcGee, Trustees Curley, Gocxlrich, <br />Schrenker and Kustermann <br /> <br />and the follov,Ting were absent ~ None <br /> <br />r,emher Goodrich introduced the following resolu'tion and moved its <br /> <br />adoption~ <br /> <br />Resolution No. ~ <br /> <br />RESOLUTION RELATING TO APPORTIONMENT OF ASSESSMENTS <br />REU\.TING 'ro SANITARY SEWER D1PROVEMENT NO. 2 <br />- <br /> <br />BE !'II RESOLVED by the Village Council of the Village of lbseville, Minnesota, <br /> <br />as follows~ <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the assessment roll for Sanitary Sewer L'Uprovement No. ..L as finally <br /> <br />amended and adopted on Nov. 9, 1959, was certifi,ed to 'the County Auditor of <br /> <br />Ramsey County and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, a hearing on stl,pplemental assessments, reassessments, and apportionment <br /> <br />of previous assessments in respect to Sanitary Sewer Improvement No. ..L was held on <br /> <br />I:ec. 6:; 1960 <br /> <br />at which time assessments for SaYli tary Sewer Improvement No. 2 <br /> <br />were amended as provided by said resolution of said date and certified in the office <br /> <br />of the County Auditor of Ramsey County on <br /> <br />I:ec. 29, 1960 <br /> <br />and <br />
