M. <br /> <br />The following members were present g <br /> <br />Thyor >lcGee, Trustees Curley f Goodrich <br />Schrenkcr and Kustennann <br /> <br />and the following were absent ~ None <br /> <br />Member Goodrich <br /> <br />introduced the following resolution and moved its <br /> <br />adoption: <br /> <br />Resolution No. 858 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION RELATING TO APPORTIONMENT OF ASSESSMENTS <br />REUTING 'ID SANITARY SEWER D1PROVEMENT NO. 2 <br />- <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED by the Village Council of the Village of Roseville, Minnesota, <br /> <br />as follows ~ <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the assessment roll for Sani t,ary Se1-1er Improvement No. 2 as finally <br /> <br />amended and adopted on Nov. 9, 195~, was certified to the County Auditor of <br />Ramsey County and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, a hearing on supplemental assessments, reassessments, and apportionment <br /> <br />of previous assessments in respect to Sanitary Sewer Improvement No. <br /> <br />2 <br />- <br /> <br />was held on <br /> <br />:!)ac. 6, 1960 <br /> <br />at which time assessments for Sanitary Sewer Improvement No. ~ <br /> <br />were amended as provided by said resolution of said date and certified in the office <br /> <br />of the County Auditor of Ramsey County on <br /> <br />:!)ac. 29, 1960 <br /> <br />and <br />
