<br />EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING <br />OF CITY COUNCIL <br />CITY OF ROSEVILLE <br />RAMSEY COUNTY, MINNESOTA <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of <br />Roseville, Minnesota, was· duly held at the City Hall in said City on Monday, the twenty-seventh <br />day of March, 1995, at 5:30 p.m. <br /> <br />The following members were present: Wiski, Goedeke, and V. Johnson <br /> <br />And the following were absent: P. Johnson and Mastel. <br /> <br />Councilperson Wiski introduced and moved the adoption of the following resolution: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 9164 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION PROHmITING PARKING ON THE SOUTH SIDE OF <br />WOODHILL DRIVE FROM CHURCHILL STREET TO VICTORIA STREET <br /> <br />WHEREAS, residents along W oodhill Drive have voiced concern regarding on-street parking on <br />Woodhill Drive fÌ'om Lexington Avenue to Victoria Street; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, parking on the north side of Wood hill Drive is currently prohibited; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, staff sent a survey to adjoining property owners and held a neighborhood meeting; <br />and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the majority of the property owners attending the neighborhood meeting preferred <br />that parking be restricted on the south side of Wood hill Drive between Churchill Street to <br />Victoria Street between the hours of8:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m., Monday through Friday except on <br />holidays; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that parking is hereby prohibited on the south side of <br />Woodhill Drive fÌ'om Churchill Street to Victoria Street between the hours of8:00 a.m. and 6:00 ~ <br />p.m., Monday through Friday except on holiday. <br /> <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the Public Works Director install the appropriate no- <br />parking signs. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilperson <br />Goedeke and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Wiski, <br />Goedeke, and V. Johnson and the following voted against the same: None. <br /> <br />Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br />
