<br />EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING <br />OF CITY COUNCIL <br />OF CITY OF ROSEVILLE <br />RAMSEY COUNTY, MINNESOTA <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of <br />Roseville, Minnesota, was held in the City Hall in said City on Monday, March 27, 1995, at 5:30 <br />o'clock p.m. <br /> <br />The following members were present: Wi ski, Goedeke, and V. Johnson, <br /> <br />and the following were absent: P. Johnson and Mastel <br /> <br />Councilmember Wiski introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION 9165 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION ORDERING FEASIBILITY STUDY AND ORDERING <br />CITY PROJECT UL-95-13 <br />ORNAMENTAL STREET LIGHTS, PATTON ROAD, <br /> <br />WHEREAS, a petition signed by 100% of the property owners on Patton Road trom County <br />Road C northerly to end of cul-de-sac for the installation of ornamental street lights was received <br />by the City Council; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, State Statute allows City Council to order improvements without public hearings <br />when 100% of the affected property owners haved signed a petition; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, staff has completed a feasibility study for the installation of ornamental street lights <br />on Patton Road; <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City ofRoseville, Minnesota, that <br />in accordance with the provisions of Minnesota Statutes, Chapter 429, as amended, the City <br />Council orders a feasibility study on the proposed construction of Improvement UL-95-13 <br />consisting of the installation of seven ornamental street lights on Patton Road trom County Road <br />C northerly to end of cul-de-sac at a total cost presently estimated at $40,405 of which 100% is <br />proposed to be assessed; and <br /> <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that substantially in accordance with the preliminary report as to <br />the feasibility thereof which is now on file in the office of the City Manager, the Council does <br />hereby determine and order that said improvement shall be constructed and financed. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember <br />Goedeke and upon roll call vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br /> <br />Wi ski, Goedeke, and V. Johnson. Nays: None. <br />
