<br />Extract of llinutes of Meeting of the <br />Village Council <br />Village of Roseville <br />County of Ramsey <br />state of Minnes ota <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the Village Council <br /> <br />of the Village of Roseville, Ramsey County, Minnesota, was duly held in the Village <br /> <br />Hall at 2701 North Lexington Avenue, st. Paul, Minnesota, on Monday, the 2nd <br /> <br />day of December <br /> <br />, 1962-, at 8:00 o'clock P.M. <br /> <br />The following members were present: Mayor McGee, Trustees Goodrich, Kusterman, <br />and Schrenker <br />and the following were absent: Trustee Curley <br /> <br />Trustee Goodrich <br /> <br />introduced the following resolution and moved its <br /> <br />adoption: <br /> <br />Resolution No. 872 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION RELATING TO ACCEPTANCE OF VILLAGE STREETS <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED by the Village Council of the Village of Rosevi1le, Minnesota, <br /> <br />as follows: <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Robert Construction Company, Inc., as developer has platted SOUTH OAKS <br /> <br />and therein dedicated certain streets known as Brenner Avenue, Churchill Street, <br /> <br />\foodlynn Avenue and Oxford street, and pursuant to certain prOVisions of Village <br /> <br />Ordinance, has undertaken to grade and stabilize or cause to be graded and stabiliz- <br /> <br />ed and has duly filed its bonds for the completion of construction of said streets <br /> <br />within said plat as follows: <br /> <br />BRENNER AVENUE from Churchill to 165 feet east of Oxford <br /> <br />CHURCHILL STREET from Brenner to County Road D <br /> <br />WOODLYNN AVENUE from Churchill to Oxford <br /> <br />OXFORD STREET from Brenner to Woodlynn <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Roberts Construction Company, Inc. has filed and also made it. <br /> <br />request for approval and the final acceptance of said streets by the Village of <br /> <br />Rosevi11e, and, <br />
