<br />EXTRACT OF ~nNUTES OF MEETING OF THE <br />VILLAGE COUNCIL OF ROSEVILLE, MINNESOTA <br />Held December 2, 1963 <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting <br />of the Village Council of the Village of Roseville, "linnesota was <br />duly called and held in the Village Hall in said Village on <br />December 2, 1963, at 8: 00 p. m. <br /> <br />The foHat,ring members were nresent: Mayor McGee, <br />Trustees Goodrich, Kustermann and Schrenker <br /> <br />and the following were absent: Trustee Curley <br /> <br />Member Schrenker introduced the following Resolution and <br />moved its adoption. <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 877 <br /> <br />RESOLVED THAT THE VILLAGE CO~~CIL OF ROSEVILLE hereby <br />authorizes its proper officials to execute on behalf of said Village <br />the Rider to Agreement between the Village of Roseville and the <br />City of Saint Paul, copy of which Rider to Agreement has been <br />marked "Exhibit A", attached hereto and incorporated herein by <br />reference. <br /> <br />TIle motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was <br />duly seconded by ~1ember Kustermann and upon a vote taken thereon, the <br />following voted in favor thereof: ~'1ayor ~4cGee, Trustees Goodrich, <br />Kustermann and Schrenker. <br /> <br />WHEREUPON, said vote being taken, the resolution was declared <br />duly passed and adopted. <br /> <br />SEAL <br /> <br />p_J&/~~~/ <br /> <br />1 age Clerk <br />
