<br />EXTRACTOFNnNUTESOFMEETING <br />OF CITY COUNCIL <br />CITY OF ROSEVILLE <br />RAMSEY COUNTY, MINNESOTA <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City ofRoseville, <br />Minnesota, was duly held in the City Hall on Monday, the tenth day of April, 1995, at 5:30 o'clock p.m. <br /> <br />The following members were present: Wiski, P. Johnson, Mastel, Goedeke, and V. Johnson, and the <br />following were absent: None. <br /> <br />Councilmember Mastel introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTIONS NO. 9167 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION AWARDING BID FOR CITY PROJECT ST -95-07 <br />AMERICAN LEGION PONDS <br /> <br />Whereas, pursuant to advertisement for bids for the improvement, according to the plans and <br />specifications thereof on file in the office of the Manager of said City, said bids were received on <br />Thursday, February 9, 1995, opened and tabulated according to law, and the following bids were <br />received complying with the advertisement: <br /> <br />CONTRACTOR <br />Amt Construction <br />Imperial Developers <br />F. M. Frattalone <br />Carl Bolander and Sons <br />Sunram Construction <br />Shield Construction <br />Veit and Company <br /> <br />BID AMOUNT <br />$64,470 <br />$74,970 <br />$89,925 <br />$91,800 <br />$94,200 <br />$104,926 <br />$107,000 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, it appears that Amt Construction is the lowest responsible bidder at the base bid amount of <br />$64,470; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, environmental permits are required to complete the project including permits ITom the <br />Department of Natural Resources, the Corps of Engineer, and the completion of an Environmental <br />Assessment Worksheet (EAW); <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City ofRoseville, Minnesota: <br /> <br />1. The Mayor and Manager are hereby authorized and directed to enter into a contract with Amt <br />Construction for $64,470 in the name of the City ofRoseviIle for the above improvement <br />according to the plans and specifications thereof heretofore approved by the City Council and on <br />file in the office of the City Manager with the following conditions: <br />
