<br />Extract of Minutes of Meeting of the <br />Village Council <br />Village of R:>seville <br />County of Ramsey <br />state of' Minnesota <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the Village Council <br /> <br />of the Village of Roseville, Ramsey County, Minnesota, was duly held in the Village <br /> <br />Ha.J.l at 2701 North I.exington Avenue, st. Pa.ul, Minnesota, on Monday, the 9th <br /> <br />day of <br /> <br />December <br /> <br />, 1961_-, at 8:00 0' clock P.M. <br /> <br />The following members were present: ~1ayor ~kr:ee, Trustees Schrenker, Kustermann <br />and Goodrich <br />and the following were absent: Trustee Curley <br /> <br />~1ember Goodrich <br /> <br />introduced the following resolution and moved its <br /> <br />adoption: <br /> <br />Resolution No. 889 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION RELATING 'ro ACCEPTANCE OF VILLAGE STREET <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED by the Village Council of the Village of R:>seville, Minnesota, <br /> <br />as follows: <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Rose Building Corporation, as developer has dedicated a certain street <br /> <br />known as CbIIllllerce Street, and pursuant to certlrln provisions of Village Ordinance, <br /> <br />has undertaken to grade and stabilize or cause to be graded and stabilized and has <br /> <br />duly filed its bonds for the completion of construction of said <br /> <br />COMMERCE STREET from 330 feet west of Pascal to 980 feet west of Pascal, and, <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Rose Building Corporation has filed and also made its request for <br /> <br />approval and the final acceptance of said street by the Village of R:>seville, and, <br />
