<br />EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF THE VILLAGE COUNCIL <br />OF ROSEVILLE, MINNESOTA, HELD December 9, 1963 <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of <br />the Village Council of the Village of Roseville, Minnesota, ,"'as duly <br />called and held at the Village Hall in said Village on December 9, <br />1963, at 8:00 p.m. The following members were present: 1,layor McGee, <br />Trustees Goodrich, Kustermann and Schrenker. <br />and the following was absent: Trustee Curley. <br /> <br />Member Schrenker introduced the following Resolution and <br />moved its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 891 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Minnesota Statutes Chapter 169 grants to local <br />authorities the power to place and maintain traffic control devices <br />upon streets and highways under local jurisdiction; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, in the interest of traffic safety, the Council deems <br />it advisable to regulate the vehicular entry into the foUowinrr. <br />intersections, <br /> <br />NOli!, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE <br />OF ROSEVILLE, MINNESOTA, AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />The follOlving intersections are hereby designated stop inter- <br />sections and the Village Engineering Department is directed to erect <br />and maintain stop signs at the following intersection locations: <br /> <br />a) On County Road 82 at its intersection ''lith Walnut Street, <br />so as to stop County Road 82 traffic at Walnut Street. <br /> <br />b) On St. Croix Street at its intersection with County Road 132, <br />so as to stop St. Croix Street traffic at County Road 82. <br /> <br />c) On Fulham Street at its intersection \'iith County Road B 2, <br />so as to stop Fulham Street traffic at Cotmty Road 13 2. <br /> <br />'The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was <br />duly seconded by Member Kustermann, and upon a vote being taken thereon, <br />all members were in favor of the same and no one voted against the <br />resolution. <br /> <br />WHEREUPON, said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br />
