<br />EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING <br />O~' CITY COUNCIL <br />CITY OF ROSEVlLLE <br />RAMSEY COUNTY, MINNESOTA <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Rose vi lie, <br />County of Ramsey, Minnesota, was duly held in the City Hall at 2660 Civic Center Drive, Roseville, <br />Minnesota, on Monday, the tenth day of April, 1995, at 5:30 o'clock p.m. <br /> <br />The following members were present: Wiski, P. Johnson, Mastel, Goedeke, and V. Johnson, and the <br />following were absent: None. <br /> <br />Member Mastel introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 9168 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION ESTABLISHING MUNICIPAL STATE AID HlGHW A YS <br />AND REVOKING MUNICIPAL STATE AID STREETS <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City ofRoseville will assume jurisdiction of the streets hereinafter described from <br />Ramsey County at part of Ramsey County's functional consolidation ofroadways: <br /> <br />McCarrons Boulevard North from Roselawn Avenue to Rice Street (turnback) <br />McCarrons Boulevard South from Roselawn Avenue to Rice Street (turnback) <br />Roselawn Avenue from Dale Street to McCarrons Boulevard (turnback) <br /> <br />These roadways should be designated Municipal State Aid streets under the provisions of Minnesota <br />Law; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City ofRoseville will transfer jurisdiction of the roads hereinafter described to Ramsey <br />County as part of Ramsey County's functional consolidation of roadways: <br /> <br />Terminal Road from T. H. 280 to Cleveland Avenue <br />Cleveland Avenue from County Road B-2 to County Road C <br /> <br />These roadways no longer meet the qualifications of a Municipal State Aid road; <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City ofRoseville that the roads <br />described as follow, to-wit: <br /> <br />McCarrons Boulevard North from Roselawn Avenue to Rice Street (turnback) <br />McCarrons Boulevard South from Roselawn Avenue to Rice Street (turnback) <br />Roselawn Avenue from Dale Street to McCarrons Boulevard (turnback) <br /> <br />be, and hereby are established, located, and designated Municipal State Aid streets of said City, subject to <br />the approval of the Commissioner of Transportation of the State of Minnesota, and that upon approval <br />signation of said roads or portion thereof, that same be constructed, improved, and maintained as <br />Municipal State Aid streets of the City ofRoseville to be numbered and known as Municipal State Aid <br />streets; and <br />
