C~trr~J~'~ introduced the following resolution and moved its <br /> <br />adoption ~ <br /> <br />Resolution No 0 ~ <br /> <br />RESOlUTION RELATING TO APPORTIONMENT OF ASSESSMENTS <br />RElAT!NG ro SANITARY SEWER IMPROVEMENT NO 0 2 <br />- <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED by the Village Council of the Village of Poseville, Minnesota, <br /> <br />as follows: <br /> <br />WHEREAS:> the as ses sment roll for Sanitary Sewer Improvement No. 2 as finally <br /> <br />amended and adopted, on Nov. 9, 1959, was certifi,ed to the County Auditor of <br /> <br />Ramsey County and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, a hearing on supplemental assessments, reassessments, and apportionment <br /> <br />of previous assessments in respect to Sanitary Sewer Improvement No. <br /> <br />2 <br />- <br /> <br />was held on <br /> <br />Dec. 6, 1960 <br /> <br />at which time assessments for Sanitary Sewer Improvement No ~ 2 <br /> <br />were amended as provided by said resolution of said date and certified in the office <br /> <br />of the County Auditor of Ramsey County on <br /> <br />Dec. 2~, 1960 <br /> <br />and <br />
