<br />Extract of Minutes of Meeting of the <br />Village Council <br />Village of Roseville <br />County of Ramsey <br />state of Minnesota <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeti,ng of the Village Council <br /> <br />of the Village of Roseville, Ramsey County, Minnesota, was duly held in the Village <br /> <br />Hall at 2701 North Lexington Avenue, St. Paul, Minnesota, on M:>nday, tbe 20th <br />7f$> <br />day of J8llUA.'I'"V' , 196!LJ at bEll 0 i clock P.M. <br /> <br />The following members were present: <br /> <br />;!ayor Ced~rholr'" Trustees CUT ley, <br />Goodrich, Grauel and Shields <br /> <br />and the following were absent: None <br /> <br />'1ember Goodrich <br /> <br />introduced the following resolution and moved its <br /> <br />adoption: <br /> <br />Resolution No. -W. <br /> <br />RESOLUTION RELATING TO APPORTIONMENT OF ASSESSMENTS <br />RElATING TO SANITARY SEWER IMPROVEMENT NO. 1 <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED by the Village Council of the Village of Roseville, Minnesota, <br /> <br />as follows: <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the assessment roll for Sanitary Sewer Improvement No. ~ as finally <br /> <br />amended and adopted on Oct. 4, 1957 <br /> <br />, was certified to the County Auditor of <br /> <br />Ramsey County and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, a hearing on supplemental assessments, reassessments, and apportionment <br /> <br />of previous assessments in respect to Sanitary Sewer Improvement No 0 ~ was held ou <br /> <br />Jllly 11, 1958 and adjurned to July 24, 1958 at which time assessments for Sanitary <br /> <br />Sewer Improvement No. 1 were amended as provided by said resolution of said date <br /> <br />and certified in the office of the County Auditor of Ramsey County on Sept. 5, 1958 and <br />
