Johnson, <br /> <br />and the following were absent: <br /> <br />None. <br /> <br />* * * <br /> <br />* * * <br /> <br />* * * <br /> <br />The following resolution was presented by Councilmember Goedeke who <br /> <br />moved its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 9170 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION PROVIDING FOR THE ISSUANCE AND SALE OF <br />$6,500,000 GENERAL OBLIGATION TAX <br />INCREMENT BONDS, SERIES 1995 <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED By the City Council of the City of Roseville, Ramsey <br />County, Minnesota (City) as follows: <br /> <br />1. It is hereby determined that: <br /> <br />(a) the City has duly established Municipal Development District No. <br />1 (District) pursuant to Minnesota Statutes, Sections 469.124 through 469 .134 <br />(the Act) ; <br /> <br />(b) the City has duly established tax increment financing district <br />nos. 1 through 12 (TIF Districts) within the District pursuant to Minnesota <br />Statutes, Section 469.174 to 469.179 (TIF Act); <br /> <br />DJK81515 <br />RS200-14 <br />
