<br />Extract of Minutes of Meeting of the <br />Village Council <br />Village of Roseville <br />County of Ramsey <br />State of Minnesota <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the Village Council <br /> <br />of the Village of Roseville, Ramsey County, Linnesota, was duly held in the Village <br /> <br />Hall at 2701 North Lexington Avenue, St. Paul, Minnesota, on Monday, the 20th <br /> <br />day of <br /> <br />January <br /> <br />, 196..i., at ,7.: 50 0 f clock P.M. <br /> <br />The following members were present: \1ayor Cedarholm, Tru5tces Cur ley, Gooch-j en, <br />Grauel and Shields <br /> <br />and the following were absent: <br /> <br />None <br /> <br />Pember Coodrich <br /> <br />introduced the following resolution and moved ite <br /> <br />adoption: <br /> <br />Resolution No. ~ <br /> <br />RESOLUTION RELATING TO SANITARY S:!,'WER IMPROVEMENT <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED by the Village Council of the Village of Roseville, 1unnesota, <br /> <br />as follows: <br /> <br />YlHFJU&AS, Rose Realty, Inc., as developer has platted ED BOSSARD ADDITION <br /> <br />PL~T 3 and therein dedicated a certain street known as Cohansey Boulevard, and <br /> <br />pursuant to certain provisions of Village Ordinance, has undertaken to construct <br /> <br />a sanitary sewer extension and has duly filed its bonds for the completion of <br /> <br />construction of said sanitary sewer extension in Cohansey Boulevard, and, <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Rose Realty, Inc., made its request for approval and the final <br /> <br />acceptance of said sanitary sewer extension by the Village of Roseville, and, <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Village Engineer has examined and inspected said sanitary <br /> <br />sewer extension, and filed his certificate indicating that the construction <br /> <br />of said sanitary sewer extension has been completed in accordance with all the <br /> <br />requirements of the Village Ordinance and recommends the acceptance of said <br /> <br />sanitary sewer extension by the Village. <br />
