<br />Extract of Minutes of Meeting of the <br />Village Council of the Village of Roseville <br />Ramsey County, Minnesota <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a special meeting <br /> <br />of the Village Council of the Village of Roseville, Minnesota, <br /> <br />was duly held at the village Hall in said village on Tuesday, <br /> <br />the 18th day of February, 1964, at 7:00 o'clock P.M. <br /> <br />The following members were present: Cedarholm, Curley, <br />Goodrich and Grauel <br /> <br />and the following were absent: Shields <br /> <br />Turstee Goodrich introduced and moved the adoption of the <br /> <br />following resolution: <br /> <br />Resolution No. 921 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION ORDERING PREPAAATION OF <br />~~PORT ON WATER IMPROVEMENT NO. 64-5 <br /> <br />WHEREAS it is proposed to improve that portion of the Village <br /> <br />of Roseville lying generally east of Dale Street and north of <br /> <br />Trunk Highway 36 which was not included in Water Improvement No. <br /> <br />62-2: and also that area north of County Road C and west of <br /> <br />Interstate Highway 35W which was not included in Water Improvement <br /> <br />No. 62-2 for the purpose of a community water system and to assess <br /> <br />the benefited property for all or a portion of the cost of the <br /> <br />improvement pursuant to Minn. Statutes Secs. 429.011 to 429.111 <br /> <br />(Minn. StatutEs 1961) <br />
