<br />Extract of Minutes of Meeting of the <br />Village Council of the Villege of Roseville <br />Ramsey County, Minnesota <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting <br />of the Village Council of the Village of Roseville, Minnesota, <br />was duly held at the Village Hall in said village on Monday, <br />the 2nd day of March, 1964, at 7:30 o'clock P.M. <br />The following members were present: Cedarholm, Curley, <br />Goo'drich and Grauel,. and '~he following was absent: Shields <br />Trustee Goodrich introduced 3nd moved the adoption of the <br />following resolution: <br /> <br />Resolution No. 9,{//9 <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING PLANS AND <br />SPECIFICATIONS AND ORDERING <br />ADVERTISE~~NT FOR BIDS <br /> <br />j,VHEREAS, pursuant to a resolution passed by the Village <br />Council on February 24, 1964, Banister Engine~ring Co. has <br />prepared plans and specifications for Project No.1 of <br />Water Improvement No. 64-4 and have presented such plans and <br />specifications to the Council for approval. <br /> <br />THEREFORE. BE IT RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF <br />ROSEVILLE, MINNESOTA: <br /> <br />1. Such ~Jans and specifications, copies of which are <br />attached heret0, and made a part hereof, are hereby approved. <br /> <br />2. The Viilage Clerk shall prepare and cause to be <br />inserted in the Ramsey County Suburban Life, the official paper, <br />and in the Construction Bulletin, an advertisement for bids upon <br />
