<br />EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF THE <br /> <br />CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ROSEVILLE <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the city <br />Council of the City of Roseville, county of Ramsey, Minnesota was duly <br />held on the 24th day of April, 1995, at 5:30 p.m. <br /> <br />The following members were present: wiski, P. Johnson, Mastel, <br />Goedeke, and V. Johnson and the following were absent: None. <br /> <br />Member P. Johnson introduced the following resolution and moved its <br />adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 9171 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the tranquillity of a day in Oklahoma City was shattered on <br />the morning of April 19, 1995; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, this act of unspeakable violence has left an indelible <br />imprint on your community and its citizens; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the response of Oklahoma City, the State of Oklahoma, and our <br />nation have proven again the compassion and resiliency of our people; <br />and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Oklahoma City will continue to be in our thoughts and prayers <br />as you grieve and rebuild; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the Mayor, City Council, and <br />ci tizens of Roseville, Minnesota extend to the citizens of Oklahoma <br />city our heartfelt sympathy, support, and encouragement as you look to <br />the future. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly <br />seconded by Member Mastel, and upon a vote being taken thereon, the <br />following voted in favor thereof: Wiski, P. Johnson, Mastel, Goedeke, <br />and V. Johnson, and the following voted against the same: None. <br /> <br />WHEREUPON said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br />
