After a discussion of the views presented by persons appearing at thepublic hearing for Water Improvement No. 64-4, t!ember Cur le:K then introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: Resolution No. 922 RESOLUTION ORDERING THE CONSTRUCTION OF WATER IMPROVEMENT NO. 64-4 UNDER AND PURSUANT TO MINNESC1l'A STATUTES, CHAPTER 429 BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the Village of Roseville# Minnesota, that in accordance with theprovisions of Minnesota Statutes 1961, Chapter 429, as amended, the Council held a public hearing pursuant to published notice, on the proposed construction of Water Improvement No. 64-4 consisting of the construction of large feeder mains, small feeder mains and lateral mains, together with appurtenant valves and hydrants and other specials: service connections with shut offs from the ma.ins to the property line of the individual building sites: and the repair and restoration of county roads and village streets for the supply and distribution of water within the area described in the notice of hearing, at a cost presently estimated to be approx- imately $2,600,000, and substantially in accordance with the preliminary engineer's report as to the feasibility thereof which is now on file in the office of the Village Clerk - Admini- strator: and having considered the views of all interested per- sons and being fully advised in the premises the Council does hereby determine and order that said improvement shall be con- structed and financed, and special assessments shall be levied therefor, pursuant to said Chapter 429, and that the area proposed to be assessed therefor shall include all lots and parcels of land within the area described in the notice of hearing: and that Banister Engineering Co. are hereby directed to prepare and submit to the Council final plans and specifications for the construction of said improvement. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by ~~ember Goodrich , and upon roll call vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: All nresent and the following voted against: None whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
