<br />After a discussion of the views presented by persons <br /> <br />appearing at thepublic hearing for Water Improvement No. 64-4, <br /> <br />t!ember Cur le:K <br /> <br />then introduced the following <br /> <br />resolution and moved its adoption: <br />Resolution No. 922 <br />RESOLUTION ORDERING THE CONSTRUCTION OF <br />WATER IMPROVEMENT NO. 64-4 UNDER AND <br />PURSUANT TO MINNESC1l'A STATUTES, CHAPTER 429 <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the Village of Roseville# <br /> <br />Minnesota, that in accordance with theprovisions of Minnesota <br />Statutes 1961, Chapter 429, as amended, the Council held a <br />public hearing pursuant to published notice, on the proposed <br />construction of Water Improvement No. 64-4 consisting of the <br />construction of large feeder mains, small feeder mains and lateral <br />mains, together with appurtenant valves and hydrants and other <br />specials: service connections with shut offs from the ma.ins to <br />the property line of the individual building sites: and the <br />repair and restoration of county roads and village streets for <br />the supply and distribution of water within the area described in <br />the notice of hearing, at a cost presently estimated to be approx- <br />imately $2,600,000, and substantially in accordance with the <br />preliminary engineer's report as to the feasibility thereof <br />which is now on file in the office of the Village Clerk - Admini- <br />strator: and having considered the views of all interested per- <br />sons and being fully advised in the premises the Council does <br />hereby determine and order that said improvement shall be con- <br />structed and financed, and special assessments shall be levied <br />therefor, pursuant to said Chapter 429, and that the area proposed <br />to be assessed therefor shall include all lots and parcels of land <br />within the area described in the notice of hearing: and that <br />Banister Engineering Co. are hereby directed to prepare and <br />submit to the Council final plans and specifications for the <br />construction of said improvement. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was <br /> <br />duly seconded by <br /> <br />~~ember Goodrich <br /> <br />, and upon roll call vote <br /> <br />being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br />All nresent <br />and the following voted against: None <br /> <br />whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br />
