EXTRACT OF r.UNUTES OF ~1EETING OF THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF ROSEVILLE, HINNESOTA HELD r1ARCH 16, 1964 * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the Village Council of the Village of Roseville, Minnesota, was duly called and held at the Village Hall in said Village on the 16th day of March, 1964, at 7:30 p.r1. The following members were present: A.cting ~1ayor Goodrich, Trustees Curley, Grauel and Shields and the following member was absent: r1ayor Cedarholm ~~mber Curley introduced the followinq Resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 925 WHEREAS, the City of I\lhite Bear Lake, Villap:es of Roseville, North St. Paul and r1aplewood, have engaged the firm of Greeley and Hansen, Engineers to make a study of the sanitary sewer rental and maintenance reates established by contract with the City of St. Paul; and WHEREAS, the firm of Greeley and Hansen, Enp"ineers, must obtain the cooperation of the City of St. Paul in obtaining such information relative to the sanitary sewer rate costs; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE OF ROSEVILLE, 'HNNESOTA, AS FOLLOWS: That the City of St. Pmll be hereby requested to make avail- able to the firm of Greeley and Hansen, Engineers, all records necessary to prepare such study and report hereinabove stated. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by ~fember Grauel, and upon a vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: All present and the following voted against the same: None WHEREUPON, said Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
