J have presented such plans and specifications to the Council <br />('or approval. <br /> <br />THEREFOR, Sf IT RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE CO~CIL OF ROSEVILLE, <br />MINNESOTA: <br /> <br />1. Such plans and specifications, cODies of which are <br />attached hereto, and made a part h~reof, are hereby approved. <br /> <br />2. The Village Clerk shall prepare and cause to be inserted <br />the Ramsey County Suburban Life, the official paper, and in the <br />Construction Bulletin, an advertisement for bids upon the making <br />
